The base fee is PKR 1,000 for 20 minutes, whether you choose WhatsApp voice, WhatsApp video or a normal phone call.
How do I pay?
The clinic will arrange payment around appointment confirmation using Easypaisa, Allied Bank or UBL. Contact the clinic for the actual payment details.
What is free on Friday?
The in-person consultation/checkup fee is waived every Friday. Medicines are charged separately. This offer does not waive the online consultation fee.
Can I visit without booking online?
Yes. For a physical visit, call, WhatsApp or come to the clinic and obtain a token. Hours are Monday–Saturday · 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Can medicines be delivered to me?
Courier delivery within Pakistan may be arranged after consultation, with courier charges paid by the patient. International medicine delivery is subject to availability, courier service and destination-country regulations.
